The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Huttons Chocolates and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Huttons Chocolates takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Post and Packing
Delivery Services
All orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, any orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched the following working day (excluding bank holidays).
We do not dispatch orders Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
Unfortunately we are unable to leave instructions with Royal Mail or ParcelForce with regard to leaving parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we only deliver within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Standard delivery
Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail 48. The delivery aim of this service is 2-5 days and is available for all addresses within the UK and Isle of Wight.
If no-one is home to receive the parcel and no safe place is available then it will either be left with a neighbour or returned to the local sorting office where it can be collected.
Please note that heavier parcels sent with our Standard delivery option may be sent with ParcelForce on a 48 hour service and will require a signature.

Pricing and Products
All prices quoted are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to make changes to our prices and products at any time without giving notice. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. We do our utmost to ensure we have high levels of stock however if for any reason a product you have ordered is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible.

Wine and Spirits
Chocolates and gifts which include alcohol may only be ordered by customers aged 18 or over.

Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you have the right to do so in writing up to and within 7 days of delivery in accordance with the distance selling directive. The goods must be returned to us, in good condition and unopened, at the customers expense. We will refund the purchase price including the original postage charge once we have received the goods.

Returns
Every effort is made to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition if however an item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately on receipt of the goods. Provided the product is returned to us within 7 days and is unopened and in its original packaging we will either re-send the product or refund the purchase price.
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for some reason other than it being damaged or faulty please contact us immediately stating your reason for the dissatisfaction. If there is a problem with the product we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement, if however we deem the product to be in a perfect condition then we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the goods.

Your Account
When you place an order with us you can checkout as a guest or you may want to create a user account in order to make future purchases a much simpler process. To do this we will need to collect certain information about you, this will include your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address. We will also collect credit or debit card information in order to process payments, however this is through a secure server and the details are not stored. When you open an account you will need to create a username and password in order to access your account, please keep this information confidential as Huttons Chocolates cannot be held responsible for any misuse of your account. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe your account is being used in an unauthorised manner.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.
Cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
