Jim Lowther’s Lake District Wildflower Honey is made from the wildflower meadows along Bampton Valley seem immemorial. Buzzing with bees, the rich wildflower carpet produces a light sweet floral Lake District honey. A blend of honey from various floral sources, harvested throughout the summer
and with a mild, quite sweet flavour. Will include nectar from clover, willow herb, lime, wild raspberry, bramble and many other sources. Usually a runny honey.
